Interview Process

1. Application Review

Submit your application for one of the positions that interests you at our careers page. If your application is a fit, our team will reach out to you to get the process started.

2. Hiring Manager Screen:

At this stage, one of the hiring managers would want to get to know you and learn about your experience, and you can ask them more questions about the team and the role.

3. Take home technical assessment:

We’ll then send you a take-home assignment which is designed to test for role-specific skills. These vary based on the role and may include timed projects and/or HackerRank Tests. These assignments will aim to be completed in 90 minutes or less.

4. Screening Interview:

We’ll have a 1 hour technical interview which could vary based on each role. This would test your fundamental knowledge, expertise, and creative thinking.

5. Onsite Interviews:

We invite candidates onsite at our office in San Francisco to spend a day with the team and learn more about how it's like working at Adept. You may have 3-4 technical interviews along with a culture-fit interview through the day. These interviews differ based on the role and evaluate based on your expertise.
